SEXUAL HARASSMENT OF WOMEN AT WORKPLACE ACT: EXPLAINED

 Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013 (PoSH Act), protects women from sexual harassment at all workplaces, including homes. It defines harassment and covers any aggrieved woman.
