Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013 (PoSH Act), protects women from sexual harassment at all workplaces, including homes. It defines harassment and covers any aggrieved woman. Employers must establish an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) for over 10 employees or a Local Committee (LC) for fewer, facilitating redressal and interim safety measures.
