To ensure continuous implementation, two institutional architectures have been formally launched:  

  1. Incubator & Innovation Bridge: Connects academic innovation hubs and early-stage startups with global partners for mentoring, lab access, and cross-border immersion.  
  2. Industry Innovation Bridge: Links mature, market-ready startups with global corporates for pilot deployments, technology transfers, procurement, and commercial scale-ups.
