Foreign universities in India face intense competition from established domestic institutions. To succeed, they must build a strong academic identity, moving beyond marketing to offer real substance. Without this, they risk being seen as expensive diploma mills and ultimately failing to attract discerning students in a crowded market.
Foreign universities establish branch campuses in India, however, institutions will have to overcome numerous domestic challenges.
