IT RULES AMENDMENT 2026: REGULATION OF AI CONTENT AND INDEPENDENT CREATORS

The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) has notified the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Amendment Rules, 2026.
